This page summarises your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and how to exercise them on Cartela.online. For full details on what data we collect, for what purposes and how long we keep it, please see the Privacy policy.

Who is the controller

Cartela.online is operated by Digital Payments SRL, registered office at Strada Liniștii Nr. 15 C, C2, Paleu, Bihor county, Romania. VAT (RO)38316257, Trade Register J5/2640/2017. For any request related to personal data, contact us at support@cartela.online.

What data we collect

We collect only the minimum needed to deliver the service: your email address (to send the voucher), phone number (for direct top-ups), the payment confirmation received from your chosen processor, and automatic technical data (IP, user agent, timestamp) used for fraud prevention.

Your rights

  • Right of access – request a free copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification – if an email address or other field is wrong, we can correct it on request.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – we can delete your data unless a legal retention duty applies (e.g. fiscal archiving of transactions for 10 years).
  • Right to restriction of processing – request a temporary block on certain operations.
  • Right to data portability – receive your data in a structured format (JSON or CSV) so you can transfer it.
  • Right to object – object to processing based on legitimate interest or marketing.
  • Right to withdraw consent – if you consented to promotional communications, you can unsubscribe at any time.

How to exercise these rights

Send a request to support@cartela.online with the subject line “GDPR request” and describe briefly which right you wish to exercise. We respond within 30 days of receiving the request (extensible by two further months for complex requests, per Art. 12(3) GDPR). To verify the requester’s identity, we may ask for additional confirmation from the email address linked to your order.

Automated profiling

Cartela.online does not carry out automated profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects on customers.

Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to file a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP):
