How long does delivery take?

Mobile top-ups and Focus Sat vouchers reach your inbox in under a minute of payment confirmation. In rare cases (carrier maintenance, payment-processor delays) delivery may take a few minutes. If the voucher does not appear within 15 minutes, please check the Spam folder and then contact us.

Can I recharge an Orange / Vodafone / Telekom / Digi number?

Yes. Cartela.online supports top-ups for all four major Romanian carriers. Select the carrier on the product page, enter the phone number and the amount.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal (including Google Pay and Apple Pay) and Bitcoin via Lightning Network. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant secure gateways.

The code didn’t arrive by email. What do I do?

Check your Spam/Junk folder and look for the sender “support@cartela.online”. If still missing, write to support@cartela.online with your order number. We retrieve the voucher from our system and resend it manually.

Can I cancel an order I already paid for?

Top-ups by phone number, Focus Sat smart card and digital vouchers cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. No refunds are issued after the order is processed. This is stated explicitly at checkout and is in line with consumer law for digital goods (Romanian GEO 34/2014, Art. 16 lit. m, transposing EU Directive 2011/83). Exception: in case of duplicate payment or if the voucher/top-up could not be processed due to our fault, we issue a full refund.

Is my card data safe?

Cartela.online does not store your card data. Payment is processed directly by a PCI-DSS-certified gateway (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) and we only receive the payment confirmation. The connection is TLS 1.3-encrypted for the entire session.

Can I pay with Bitcoin?

Yes. We accept Bitcoin via Lightning Network for instant payments with minimal fees. For larger amounts we also accept on-chain Bitcoin. The exchange rate is locked for 15 minutes at order time.

Can I use Cartela.online for business?

No. The services are exclusively for end consumers (B2C). High-volume purchases, repetitive patterns or use across multiple accounts will be cancelled without notice. For B2B contracts, contact us separately at support@cartela.online.

How do I get the invoice?

The order receipt is generated automatically at checkout and attached to the email with the voucher.

Are there loyalty programs or discount codes?

Not at the moment. Cartela.online operates on minimal margins and the displayed price is final. Any future campaign will be announced via newsletter (if you have subscribed).
